The details of stainless steel casting are as follows:
To prevent the occurrence of white spots in stainless steel castings during the casting process, measures should be taken during the casting process, otherwise the wall thickness cannot be too thin. Aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy metal mold castings, with rounded corners not less than 2-5m.
2. The pouring slope of stainless steel castings should be slightly greater than that of sand castings. Generally, it is 38-40% larger than sand molds.
3. The minimum wall thickness of stainless steel castings should be greater than that of sand castings because metal molds dissipate heat quickly.
4. The thickness of the inner wall and inner rib of stainless steel castings is generally 0.55-0.65 of the thickness of the connecting outer wall. In addition, due to slow cooling of the inner wall (rib), cracks are prone to occur at the junction of the inner wall and outer wall during casting shrinkage.
